Chef required to assist in a support role for wedding catering on Saturday night for 80 pax. The chef is required for 6 hours from 3pm-9pm starting at Sitting Ducks in Yarralumla and concluding off-site in Hawker.

The menu:

Canape 8 choices
Vegetarian rice paper rolls, chilli lime (v, vg, df, gf)
Truffled mushroom arancini balls, pesto mayo (v gf)
Smoked Salmon, dill & sour cream pinwheel, cucumber & roe (gf)
Fennel and juniper berry cured salmon, horseradish crème fraiche mini brioche Lemon & thyme prawn skewers (gf, df)
Lobster spring rolls, lemon & garlic (gf, df)
Lamb pie, mint sauce Tandoori chicken skewer, mint & cucumber yoghurt (gf) 

Substantial 3 Canapes
Dill & chervil Tempura fish, duck fat chips, tartare & lemon (gf, df)
