We have a high value function on Sunday 06 December, this is an important catering event with a few positions available both on the day and preparation leading up to the event.

The roles and shift vary but will be no shorter than 6 hours and up to 10 hours depending on skill level and expertise.

The initial sign in for the event will be at our kitchen in Yarralumla and the compliance required will be trade certificate or food handling certificate minimum, with copies provided prior to the event.

There will be multiple locations working up to the function, and as such all successful applicants will be required to install voxer on their phone.

We will be requesting that a informal face to face meeting is conducted prior to accepting the job.

The function will commence at 1100 and end at 1500, a briefing for all staff will be held at 1000.

The function will be held in Jameson and our prep kitchen is located in Yarralumla, as such we anticipate there will be a lot of transport to and from the venue, own transport will be favorable.

For those engaged for the Sunday shift we estimate it will entail 10 hours of work and we have budgeted for $700.00 each, this is dependent on the level of experience and skill.

There is extensive work to be done in the days leading up to the event. If you are available for extra prep shifts, please mention so in your bid description. We will send a separate job offer specifically for prep shifts.
